Forgot Password / Password Reset Email Not Received

If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the Cardstream login page.

Important: Enter your Cardstream Username — NOT your email address*.

Your username is the username you use to log in to Cardstream. Entering your email address will not send a password reset email.

The password reset email will be sent to the email address registered to your Cardstream user account. Please allow at least 10 minutes for the email to arrive. If you do not receive it, check your spam and junk folders.

If you have email rules, filters or settings that automatically delete, block or redirect emails, please check these to ensure emails from Cardstream are not being filtered or redirected.

*For most users, this is different from your email address; however, for some older accounts, the username may be the same as the registered email address.
