Analytics Tab Overview
The Analytics Tab provides a clear and concise overview of transaction activity. Designed to give you quick access to key performance metrics, this tab enables you to monitor daily activity, track trends over time, and gain valuable insights into your transaction performance. From real-time statistics to interactive charts, the Analytics tab helps you stay informed and make data-driven decisions with ease.
- Currency: Indicates the selected currency. Changing this will update all displayed values (for fields filtered by currency) to reflect the new currency/currencies.
Stats
- Transaction Count Today: Total number of transactions processed today. Calculated by summing transactions across all states and actions.
- Revenue Today (Filtered by Currency): Total revenue generated today, based on the selected currency. This is the sum of the ‘Amount Received’ from all transactions.
- Acceptance Rate Today: Percentage of accepted transactions today. Calculated by comparing the total of transactions in the following states: approved, verified, captured, and accepted, against the total number of transactions across all states.
- Refund Count Today: Number of refund transactions processed today. Calculated by counting transactions with an action of REFUND or REFUND_SALE.
- Cancelled Count Today: Number of transactions cancelled today. Calculated by summing transactions with a state of CANCELLED.
- Refund and Cancelled Total Today (Filtered by Currency): Combined total value of refunds and cancelled transactions, filtered by the selected currency. Includes transactions with an action of REFUND, REFUND_SALE, or a state of CANCELLED.
Charts
- Revenue in the Last 30 Days (Filtered by Currency): Line chart showing daily revenue totals for the past 30 days, based on the selected currency. Values are calculated by summing the ‘Amount Received’ per day.
- Data Points: Hover to view the date (CTIME) and daily total.
- Download Options: Export data as .csv, .xlsx, .json, or .png.
- Transaction Count in the Last 30 Days: Displays the total number of transactions per day over the last 30 days. Includes all transaction states and actions.

- Transaction State Today: Donut chart showing the percentage breakdown of transaction states for all transactions processed today.

- Response Messages Today: Donut chart showing the percentage distribution of response messages for today's transactions.
- Hover to see a detailed breakdown of each message category.
